No Unlawful Use
Cannot be used for criminal purposes, pornographic material, discrimination, racist, or other illegal acts.
Commercial Project Use
Licensee is permitted to use the Asset for an unlimited number of commercial projects. restrictions that apply in accordance with the type of product and license selected when making a purchase.
Use of Personal Projects
Licensee is permitted to use the Asset for an unlimited number of private / non-profit projects.
No Redistribution
Redistribution is not allowed in any form, any – way, any tool and any reason. You cannot do this with the Item alone or bundled with another item, and even if you modify the Item. You may not make modifications for the purpose of redistributing the item.
Modification
You may modify the Product shape, color, size, and/or file format and use the modified assets, but this does not allow you to sell or license them.
Sellable format
If you want to use Kerismaker product in your template, themes or plugins offered for sale (Template, Themes, UI Kits), and, or for free on the marketplace (.e.g Themeforest, Creative Market), please consider to upgrade your License.
Termination
User access can be terminated at any time if the user violates the terms & conditions and violates the applicable license. If Licensee fails to comply with the terms of the Agreement, Kerismaker reserves the right to terminate your license immediately. Upon termination, you must immediately destroy the original and any copy of the Asset including the backup copy.
